Brainguru is an AI marketing agency in India, based in Noida, that plans and runs marketing with AI built into the work: search, content, ads, automation, analytics and chatbots. We work with businesses across India and abroad, and every AI tool we use sits inside a clear strategy with people checking the output.
What an AI marketing agency in India does differently
A traditional agency plans campaigns, makes content and reports results mostly by hand. An AI marketing agency does the same jobs, but uses machine learning and automation where they save time or improve decisions: finding search opportunities, drafting content, testing ads, scoring leads and reading data across channels. People still set the goals, judge the creative and approve what is published.
The reason this matters in India is scale. TRAI's performance indicators for January to March 2026 put India's internet subscribers at 1,092.79 million at the end of March 2026, including 440.87 million in rural areas. Reaching that many people in many languages and price bands is hard to do well by hand.
Budgets are moving online too. The FICCI-EY report of March 2026 found digital advertising grew 26% to INR 947 billion in 2025, 63% of all ad revenue, and that INR 363 billion of it came from over a million small and medium businesses and long-tail advertisers. For a smaller business, that means more competition for the same audience, and more reason to spend carefully.
Businesses are adopting AI quickly as well. The Stanford AI Index 2026 reports that organisational adoption of AI reached 88%. The question for most marketing teams is no longer whether to use AI, but where it helps and how to keep quality and compliance under control.
Our AI marketing services
AI SEO: We use AI tools for keyword and intent research, content briefs, technical audits and rank tracking, then make changes with people checking each one. Search still rewards pages that are useful to readers, so AI speeds up the work rather than replacing the thinking.
Content marketing and automation: AI drafts articles, social posts, emails, product descriptions and ad copy from a brief. An editor checks facts, tone and claims before anything goes live, and content is planned around what your customers actually search for and ask.
Predictive audience targeting: Models trained on your own customer and campaign data help find the audiences most likely to convert on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic networks, so budget goes where it is most likely to work.
Marketing automation: Lead scoring, email and SMS sequences, WhatsApp follow-ups and retargeting flows connected to your CRM, triggered by what each person does rather than by a fixed calendar.
Analytics and attribution: Reporting that joins ad, website, CRM and sales data, so you can see which channels bring customers and revenue, not only clicks.
Social media: AI-assisted planning, drafting, scheduling, listening and ad testing across the platforms your customers use.
Personalisation: Website content, product suggestions and emails that change with what a visitor has viewed or bought, within the limits of the consent you hold.
Chatbots and conversational marketing: Chatbots on your website and WhatsApp that answer common questions, qualify enquiries and hand over to staff, in English, Hindi and other Indian languages where needed.

How we work
- Discovery: We learn your business, customers, current marketing, data and tools, and agree what success means in business terms.
- Plan: We pick the channels and AI tools that fit, set brand and compliance rules, and agree how results will be measured.
- Set-up: We connect analytics, CRM and ad accounts, build automation and prepare the first campaigns and content.
- Run and review: Campaigns go live with regular reports. We test, keep what works and change what does not.
- Hand over or continue: Some clients keep us running the programme. Others want their own team trained to run it.
We serve clients across India from our Noida office, working remotely and meeting in person where it helps. Most of our work does not depend on being in the same city.
Data, privacy and advertising rules
AI marketing runs on customer data, so the rules matter. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 governs how personal data is collected and used. The DPDP Rules, 2025, published in the Gazette on 13 November 2025, bring most duties into force 18 months later, on 13 May 2027. Planning for clear notice, valid consent and data minimisation now avoids rework later.
Advertising rules apply to AI-made content just as to any other. The Advertising Standards Council of India's 2024-25 complaints report found that 94.4% of the ads it processed came from digital media, and 98% of the ads it scrutinised needed some change. We check claims, disclosures and testimonials before publishing, whether a person or a tool wrote the first draft.
How to choose an AI marketing agency
- Ask what the AI does: Which tasks are automated, which tools are used, and who checks the output?
- Ask about measures: Will results be reported as enquiries, customers and revenue, or only as clicks and reach?
- Ask about ownership: Who owns the ad accounts, content, data and tool logins?
- Ask about data: Where is customer data stored, who can access it, and how is consent handled?
- Ask for honest timelines: Paid campaigns can show early signals in weeks, while SEO and content take months.
If you are weighing AI tools against traditional methods, our comparison of traditional marketing and AI marketing sets out the trade-offs.
What affects the cost of AI marketing?
We quote per project after a free consultation. The main cost drivers are the number of channels, the volume of content, the size of ad budgets managed, the tools and integrations needed, the state of your data and whether we run the work or train your team. Starting with one or two channels and expanding once results are clear keeps spend under control.
